A climbing technique workshop just for the ladies! Learn how to move like a rock goddess in a comfortable and encouraging setting. Taught by Leslie Timms, a proffessional rock climber and guide that has been teaching successful womens courses for 5 years.
This course is a full day of technique classes and demonstations on outdoor rock. Leslie will also share some mental approach advice and individual feedback for you to practice during the course and on your own time.
Spending the day with other women is also a great opportunity to learn from eachother! This course will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and push your climbing to new levels.
